Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland Airport CLEVELAND

Room was nice and clean but no cups in the room. Guest services was very appropriate with social distancing practices. They didn’t have our shuttle and they reserved a taxi instead. I don’t think it was very clean and I doubt they were following COVID safety standards between trips. Otherwise, it worked for us.

No complaints. For a park stay and fly hotel I give it 5 stars Friendly staff. Clean. Nicely decorated. Prompt shuttle. Excellent food in their own restaurant. Oh. Reasonable too! I’d recommend and stay again

When checking in they didn't have my reservation, they said they hadn't dealt with Stay park travel before. They did find a room and said it was an upgrade. Happy with the room, staff, and dinner at the Hub. Next door was a 7 Eleven, nice to get drinks, snacks. The early am shuttle to the airport was on time & quick. I would stay at this hotel again & recommend it to others.

Since we discovered this hotel it has been our go to place to stay when we fly out of Cleveland. The Park and Fly package is great. They so have a bar/restaurant on site which is great. There was some renovating going on but it did not bother us. Only small problem this time were the bed pillows. Which we didn’t notice until ready to turn in. They were large but so soft as to be non-existent. I am sure had I contacted the desk they would have helped but I did not. Shuttle ride to airport great as always. Would recommend this hotel for travelers.

Two front desk employees were great .
