To avoid a room charge, reservations must be canceled by 4pm, 24 hours prior to arrival day or date of parking (whichever is first). Please call us directly at +1-855-301-3111 to cancel a reservation. If a reservation must be canceled while our office is closed, you must call the hotel directly. In this event, a cancellation number must be obtained from the hotel and conveyed to us within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date for a refund to be issued. No refunds or adjustments will be made for No Shows or portions of the services not used.

Your car will be parked at the hotel in a secure area with cameras. Some of our partner hotels offer parking in a garage within walking distance to the hotel.
You may add additional days of parking to a base package by paying a small fee for extra days. This option is available during the checkout process.

Most of the hotels offer a free shuttle service to the airport. Some hotels require taxi service to the airport. Some hotels do charge for shuttle service to the cruiseport. You must contact the hotel when you return to be brought back to the hotel.
When checking in at the hotel, please speak to the front desk representative about shuttle service and times. Some hotels do require notification of your shuttle request times.
