We had travel scheduled out of IAH the weekend after Hurricane Harvey. We were notified 2 days before our departure that our hotel room had been cancelled. I worked your agent, Janine, to find another hotel. She was so helpful and dedicated. Again, needed a hotel in Houston less than a week after Hurricane Harvey decimated the area. Most of the hotels that were operating were being used for 1st responders or evacuees. Janine, called each hotel until she found availability and secured us a room. This kind of customer service is unheard of. She definitely deserves a raises and I am singing her praised.
