Although we have not completed our stay, I can praise the process of booking this package. I had to call in for help and the rep was not only an English speaker, but she guided me through the process and made it easy. I like that a deposit only was charged, and that we will pay the balance when we check in. The email confirmation arrived reliably. So far this is way and above Hotels.com!
