Setting up my original booking involved no contact with members of your staff and all its details were manage by automated website functions. But when out travel dates changed and I needed to alter both our arrival date and our car pickup date, your representative on the telephone was both courteous and effective, processing the changes with minimal hold time and adding no extra fees to our amount due. So you deserve credit for a good job of handling a booking change.
