Four Points Philadelphia Airport PHILADELPHIA

Pretty good when all you can ask for is a firmer pillow. All else was great, including the airport shuttle.

Perfect location! Hotel was a little dated but clean. Comfy beds... easy check in...

The hotel was great but the transportation to and from the airport is awful. They tell you that the shuttle runs every hour and on the half hour. The shuttle was supposed to show up at 4 am it didn't show up till after 4:30. At this time when the shuttle finally got to Four Points at around 4:45 there were no seats available and we had to stand in the front of the shuttle behind the line. The bus was definitely overcrowded and with the Corona Virus restrictions they sure were not following them. When we returned back from our trip I called Four Points and it took them 50 minutes to get around to picking us up. This has been a problem the last few times we traveled. Not happy at all with the shuttle service.

Check in went very smooth. Front desk associate was very friendly. Driver to the airport was also very nice.

Hotel was easy to find. It has a good restaurant and cozy bar. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We left or car for the week and it was safe and sound when we got back.

Polite staff, rooms clean. No problems with shuttle to and from airport.

We stayed overnight and left our car in their lot for 10 days. This was a good value for us. Our only complaint is that they don’t have many eating options. We are at their cafe but we’re disappointed with the choices.

Room was good. Restaurant was awesome. Akeem is a wonderful waiter! Gary offered great customer service at the front desk. Shuttle service to airport left on time even super early in the morning. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We always stay here when we fly. Very friendly staff!!! No airport noise. Prompt shuttle. Highly recommend (For some reason it won’t let me click the 5th star)
