Clarion Hotel BWI Airport Arundel Mills HANOVER

We have used this hotel for park, stay and fly for about 6 years. The hotel is ok as we only sleep for a few hours before an early morning flight. I like the convenience of being able to leave my car and have a shuttle to/from the airport. The only thing this trip I would complain about is I called for pickup service and was told it would be 25 min. At 40 min I called to be told he was there waiting for me and left. I stood exactly where I told them I'd be and he drove right past me. By the time he came back, I was waiting over an hour.

Stayed 1 night before a flight - Staff was wonderful - Bartender and Food was wonderful - Room was wonderful !!!

Great place, friendly staff, clean and good bedding BUT they do not ask their clients to be quiet after 10 pm as a courtesy to each other all night was awoken every hours at least with ongoing clients in the halls and elevators just being loud and uncaring , due to this we may not be back because of that issue until it is resolved
