We had travel scheduled out of IAH the weekend after Hurricane Harvey. We were notified 2 days before our departure that our hotel room had been cancelled. I worked your agent, Janine, to find another hotel. She was so helpful and dedicated. Again, needed a hotel in Houston less than a week after Hurricane Harvey decimated the area. Most of the hotels that were operating were being used for 1st responders or evacuees. Janine, called each hotel until she found availability and secured us a room. This kind of customer service is unheard of. She definitely deserves a raises and I am singing her praised.

Not only was the whole booking process a snap, but you changed my reservation from one night to another a week after making it without even making me feel guilty about it! Jeannine was so very helpful and gracious! Thank you and the Radisson Hotel in Portland, Oregon for taking the stress out of changing plans. I certainly will use stayparktravel again and will recommend you to my friends and relatives.
