The woman at the front desk was wonderful. I believe her name was Sharon. My main complaint is on the return. The buses are supposed to run every 20 minutes but for some reason every time I return we have to wait and wait for the return van. I called the front desk because we waited 1/2 hr. Sharon at the front desk sent someone right out. The driver tried to say that he was there 10 minutes ago and no one was there which wasn't true.

Room was clean, well stocked, bed was comfortable. room quiet. Front desk was efficient and friendly especially at 6 AM. Only negative is that hotel is hard to get to from 95 South as it is on other side of street that has no left turn so I had to drive out of my way to get on correct side of street. Once you are in complex - it is well worth it.

This hotel is clean and convenient to the airport. The staff are helpful and friendly. Little restaurant has good food. Airport shuttle is on time going and coming. My choice when flying out of Philadelphia.

Great to have a wondeful room, park your car for a trip, have service to Airport Gate and be picked up when you land back to hotel and car. Takes one of the worries out about travel. Rooms are beautiful!
