Clean comfortable room. Restaurant and bar is very nice. Parking (up to 10 days) ticket is validated when you check in so that when you return from your trip, you can just get in your car and leave. Hotel shuttle to the airport (about a 5 minute ride) runs every 20 mins.
This is the third time we have stayed here the night before our flight at the Philadelphia Airport. the rooms have always been clean and very comfortable. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was wonderful and saves money, it runs about every twenty minutes, 24 hour a day, great if you have an early flight. Also, being able to park your vehicle in a secured lot was wonderful. Will stay there again.
The woman at the front desk was wonderful. I believe her name was Sharon. My main complaint is on the return. The buses are supposed to run every 20 minutes but for some reason every time I return we have to wait and wait for the return van. I called the front desk because we waited 1/2 hr. Sharon at the front desk sent someone right out. The driver tried to say that he was there 10 minutes ago and no one was there which wasn't true.
What a beautiful hotel. We didn't get to spend much time there, but will definitely book here again when we need to stay, park and fly somewhere. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was really nice too. Staff was very nice to us, and the ride to the airport was quick. It did not take long for them to pick us up when we arrived home. I felt the price was very good too.
